Creative communications agency jamjar has been shortlisted for six awards including ‘Small PR Consultancy of the Year’ at the 2022 CIPR Cymru Wales PRide Awards.

The Cowbridge-based agency has been recognised for its outstanding achievements, performance and excellent work by the annual awards scheme that recognises excellence in public relations and communications.

jamjar’s campaign for Vale of Glamorgan Council – Cowbridge Festival of Flowers – encouraging local residents to support their high street bloom back to life following the COVID19 pandemic has been shortlisted in three categories – Regional Campaign of the Year, Public Sector Campaign, Consumer Relations Campaign and Low Budget Campaign.

Its work on Barry’s Christmas Post Office has been recognised in the Best Event category.

The agency is also shortlisted in the Small PR Consultancy of the Year category after celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2022.

Since it was established in 2012, jamjar has built up an impressive reputation for delivering creative, multi-platform campaigns on behalf of clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Over the last ten years, the agency has won over 20 awards for its work.

Managing director, Lyndsey Jenkins, said:

We’re thrilled that our work has once again been recognised in the annual PR awards for Wales. As a Cowbridge-based business, the work we’ve been doing for Vale of Glamorgan Council, encouraging residents to shop locally following the devastating impact COVID19 restrictions had on high streets in the area, is something we’re incredibly proud of.
