We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas and great design skills to our jar.
As part of a small agency, you’ll get the chance to work on a wide variety of projects, including shaping new brands, coming up with campaign ideas, art directing photography or film, and applying visual concepts across multiple platforms.
You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience of interpreting briefs, developing creative solutions and managing projects from concept to delivery. You care about creating meaningful work that delivers real results – not just beautiful design for design’s sake.
This is a permanent role and we’re happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants. You’ll mainly work from home, with the team coming together in our Cowbridge studio every Tuesday (likely moving to two days a week in the future).
What we’re looking for
- Experience: At least 3 years in a creative or agency environment with a strong portfolio in brand development and campaigns across multiple platforms
- Skills: Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage your time effectively across multiple projects and deadlines
- Approach: A confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and is happy working both collaboratively and independently
- Mindset: Proactive, positive and always curious about design trends and new creative approaches
Nice to have
- Welsh language skills
- Content capture skills (photography or video)
- Motion design abilities
- Understanding of HTML and web development
