jamjar nominated for six CIPR Cymru Wales PRide Awards

jamjar PR has been shortlisted for six awards in the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ (CIPR) annual PRide Awards for Wales.

The creative communications agency has been shortlisted for Consumer Relations campaign, STEM campaign, Not for Profit campaign, Healthcare campaign, Best Use of Digital and Outstanding Small Consultancy of the Year.

For the STEM Not for Profit categories, the agency’s work for the Cardiff-based educational charity Techniquest’s 30th anniversary was shortlisted.

Its work for Dirty Martini is recognised in the Consumer category, for the launch of the first Dirty Martini outside of London in Cardiff.

While the nursing recruitment campaign it designed and delivered for Cwm Taf University Health Board, #joincwmtaf, was shortlisted in the Best Use of Digital and Healthcare categories.

The Cowbridge-based agency is also once again shortlisted for Outstanding Small Consultancy, having previously won the award three times in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and coming runner up in 2016.

On being shortlisted, jamjar’s managing director, Lyndsey Jenkins said: “We work extremely hard to deliver creative, engaging and results-driven communications campaigns for our clients so this external acknowledgement for our work is very gratifying.

“It’s testament to the hard work of my talented team and I look forward to celebrating with them at the awards ceremony later in the year.”

Since it was established in 2012, jamjar has won 15 awards including a Welsh Business Award in the ‘Excellence in Marketing and Communications’ category and a Wales Marketing Award from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

The CIPR PRide Awards recognise work considered outstanding for clients and employers across the UK’s PR sector. Over 950 entries are received from public relations teams, consultancies and individuals across the UK and over 300 PR teams, consultancies and individuals are shortlisted for awards by CIPR PRide, across the UK.

The CIPR PRide Awards are judged by over 70 judges, based outside of their nation/region of entry.
